What we value
The individual doing the most to move the UAE short-term rental industry forward. Not the biggest operator, not the newest face — the person whose ideas, standards, advocacy and influence are shaping where the industry is heading. Age and years in the industry are irrelevant; impact on the industry is everything.
Open to
Anyone driving the UAE short-term rental industry forward — operators, operating leaders, founders, or specialists in a UAE-based role. No age limit, no tenure requirement.
What entrants submit
Self-nomination or peer nomination. Each nominee submits: name, organisation, role, photo, a 200-word bio, and a 300-word note on how they have led or shaped the industry in 2025 — the ideas, initiatives, standards or advocacy that pushed the market forward.
How we verify
The STR Club reviews each nomination for relevance and substance. The jury chair screens nominations and approves a shortlist of genuine industry shapers.
How we pick the winner
Verified STR Club members vote once each. The nominee with the most votes wins. One vote per member. No re-voting.
