Any licensed UAE STR operator with between 50 and 200 units at 31 December 2025, with at least twelve months of operation as of 31 May 2026.
What entrants submit
Number of units at 31 December 2025. Year-on-year growth in units and revenue. Portfolio-wide ADR for 2025. Reviews score (average and source). Website. A 500-word narrative on the operating model in the mid-size band.

The STR Club cross-checks against AirDNA, PriceLabs, DET data, and public sources.
How we pick the winner
The jury assesses absolute performance, unit-economic discipline, guest outcomes, and how well the operator holds quality through growth. The most complete mid-size operator wins.
