Any licensed UAE STR operator with fewer than 50 units at 31 December 2025, with at least twelve months of operation as of 31 May 2026.
What entrants submit
Number of units at 31 December 2025. Year-on-year growth in units and revenue. Portfolio-wide ADR for 2025. Reviews score (average and source). Website. A 500-word narrative on positioning, differentiation, and inventory retention.
How we verify
The STR Club cross-checks against AirDNA, PriceLabs, DET data, and public sources.
How we pick the winner
The jury weights unit-level performance, guest satisfaction, and inventory retention more heavily than total revenue. Distinctiveness of positioning is assessed against UAE comparables. The most credible boutique operator wins.
