The most thoughtful design execution across an operator's portfolio. Not single hero units — the consistency, distinctiveness, and commercial impact of design as an operating discipline.
Open to
Any licensed UAE STR operator with at least twelve months of operation as of 31 May 2026. The operator wins, not the designer. Designer credit is recorded.
What entrants submit
Photo portfolio (10–20 units, 2025-staged). Designer credit. Website. A 1,500-word narrative covering originality, commercial outcome (ADR uplift, review score lift, conversion lift), evidence of impact, and how the design system replicates across the portfolio.
How we verify
The STR Club reviews submitted photography against the operator's public listings and cross-checks ADR claims against AirDNA / PriceLabs data for comparable units.
How we pick the winner
The jury scores four criteria on a 1–5 scale: originality, measurable outcome, evidence quality, replicability. Maximum 20 per entry. A winner requires a score of 12 or above. Top score wins.
