Open to
Any licensed UAE STR operator with more than 200 units at 31 December 2025, with at least twelve months of operation as of 31 May 2026.
What entrants submit
Number of units at 31 December 2025. Year-on-year growth in units and revenue. Portfolio-wide ADR for 2025. Reviews score (average and source). Website. A 500-word narrative on the operating model at scale.

The STR Club cross-checks against AirDNA, PriceLabs, DET data, and public sources.
How we pick the winner
The jury assesses absolute performance, unit-economic discipline at scale, and compliance record. The most complete scale operator wins.
